Neha Chaudhary’s Case File Against Dr Pankaj Chaudhary Of Domestic Violence And Dowry: Dr Pankaj Chaudhary of Ramgopalpir Municipality-5, Mahottari who was a doctor and used to work at Grande International Hospital and Norvic International Hospital has been arrested by the Mahottari Police for his own house at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
He was filed by his wife Neha Chaudhary against Pankaj accusing him of domestic violence and demanding dowry. Similarly, the district court of Mahottari hailed Neha’s family members for letting her enter the house while hearing the domestic violence case on Monday.
After this, the Pankaj family didn’t allow Neha to enter the house and live with them and after this, the Pankaj was arrested at night and brought to the District Police Office, Mahottari. After the arrest of Pankaj, other members of his family locked the house and absconded. Neha has registered a case against 6 people including her husband.
Neha filed a case against her husband, Dr Pankaj Chaudhary, father-in-law Ram Prabesh, and other Family members.
Pankaj’s family had a conflict with Neha, After the conflict, Neha staged a sit-in at the gate of the house. She begged the local representatives to let her enter the house. But when no one took interest, she returned from there.
Not only this Pankaj also lost his job and he was resigned by all of his private job. In Addition, Neha also filled 6 members of Pankaj and case of partiality, domestic violence, water supply, written divorce, and dowry were filed against them and compensation worth Rs 5 million and five years imprisonment have been claimed.
