Swastima Khadka is a beautiful and talented actress, and model in the Nepali Cinema. She is well-known for her work in Bulbul (2019), Dui Rupiyan (2017), Hajar Juni Samma (2019), and many more. She started her career as an actress with the movie “Hostel Returns” in the Nepali Film Industry.

Swastima Khadka was born on July 4, 1995, in Kathmandu, Nepal, and is currently 25 years old as of 2024. She was born to her parents Tirtha Khadka (Father), and Karuna Khadka (Mother). She is the only child of her parents.

Talking about her educational background, Swastima finished her schooling at Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya, Bhaktapur. Then, she graduated from the Thapathali Campus with a three-year diploma in architectural engineering.

Swastima also participated in the Nepali national beauty pageant Miss Teen Nepal, at the age of 17.

Swastima Khadka started her film career in 2013, with the movie “Hostel Returns” alongside, Sushil Shrestha, Najir Hussain, and Sunil Rawal. After this, she was seen in the movie “Love Love Love(2017)” a romantic drama Dipendra K Khanal’s movie. She was complemented by the critics for her role and acting in the movie.

Swastima was also seen in the song “Kutu Ma Kutu” in 2017, as a guest appearance for which the audience and critics praised her performance. The song “Kutu Ma Kutu” was the first Nepali music video to reach 100 million views on YouTube.

The same year, Khadka was seen in Chhakka Panja 2, directed by Deepa Shree Niraula, a social drama movie, which earned over 60 million in the first six days of release and became the second-highest grossing Nepali movie.

Her recent movie, Dimag Kharab, directed by Nischal Basnet, starring Dayahang Rai, Khagendra Lamichhane, Swastima Khadka, Arpan Thapa, and Bijay Baral, was released on November 10, 2023. This movie was a commercial hit and received a positive review from the critics and the audiences.
